Summary
Dr. Xiaoping Liu is the professor of OB & HRM at Sun Yat-sen Business School of Sun Yat-sen University. He received his bachelor degree from Jiangxi Normal University in 1994 and his doctoral degree from Zhejiang University in 2000.
Dr. Liu has got support from National Natural Science Foundation of China several times, and also has got support from Provincial Social Science Foundation and companies. His research focused on mechanism of irrationality investment, risk perception, commitment and social identity. 
Dr. Liu not only teaches courses on organizational behavior and human resource management for undergraduates and postgraduates, but also involved in corporate consulting work and corporates’ training program.
